Following the new data protection legislation as of 25 May 2018, I would like to inform you of several important issues relating to the processing of your personal data; both when you send enquiries for yourself and in relation to the execution of requests on your behalf.
Who processes the data?
The administrator of personal data is Marcel Zaborski, Modlińska 65B/23, 03-199 Warsaw. And here’s what data I can collect:
Data collected when you contact me
Your personal data may be collected when you contact me via the website, phone, email, etc. For example, this could be your name, surname, email address, and your preferences for a photo service. This data is only used for the purpose of handling your request.
Data collected automatically
During your visit on my website, data concerning your visit is automatically collected, e.g. your IP address, domain name, browser type, operating system type, etc. The data is collected in order to collect statistics on the website visits and monitor user activity. This data shall not be disclosed to third parties.
How do I use your data?
I do not sell or share your data with third parties or companies for marketing purposes.
Your data (the image shown in the pictures, names and other details, if any) may be passed on to third parties for the purpose of performing the service only. This happens when you use an online photo selection service, or when your photos are sent to the lab for development or handed to add them to your album. The principles of data processing by third parties are set out in the data entrustment agreements concluded with them.
In addition, the transfer of your data may take place in the event of violation of the law, or if required by law, I may disclose your data to the judicial authorities.
How will I contact you?
Once you have placed an order or sent an enquiry via the form on the website, you can receive emails from me regarding the order. I can also contact you by phone for important transaction information or to verify your request or for additional questions needed to create an offer.
How do I protect your personal data?
My databases are protected against access by third parties. The electronically stored data is only stored in a password-protected form that prevents access by third parties.
How long is your data stored for?
As a standard, the data is stored for 2 years in connection with the applicable warranty period. The data may be stored longer in the case of a justified purpose such as publication of photos on the website for the showcase of photographer’s portfolio and professional achievements (on the basis of a separate consent); execution of personal and economic copyrights to photos, or the necessity to prove authorship.
Your rights towards the Administrator in the scope of the processed data
I guarantee all your rights under the general data protection regulation, i.e. the right to access, correct and delete your data – providing your data is incorrect or incomplete, or is not necessary by the Administrator, or you withdraw your consent for processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data;
